FREE Shing Yue Courier / Hong Kong Registered Mail / Shun Feng Express delivery on all Hong Kong orders. All orders are delivered in working days (Monday to Friday, except Saturday Sunday and public holidays) .

If you have not received your items within 7 business days of receiving our dispatched notification, please email info@polab.com.hk with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. Please check your mailbox. A signature is requested upon delivery.
CHINA/MACAU DELIVERY
Polab offers a delivery fee of HKD50 for Shun Feng Express. We offer free international delivery once purchased over HKD$2500.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Polab offers HKD$160 by Hong Kong Registered Air Mail for standard international shipping. We offer free international delivery once purchased over HKD$2500.
Packages may be delayed by customs.
Estimated delivery time 10-20 days upon delivery confirmation.
Polab cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs houses.

Polab has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates
Polab sends products from Hong Kong /China, there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government and we are not responsible for products being confiscated by Customs in destination countries.
